About Pricing

I serve as an out of network physical therapist. I am not contracted with any insurance companies for a few reasons:

1. Your insurance company will often charge large co-pays or co-insurance per PT visit in clinic. That can add up quickly! For example, 2-3 visits per week at 6-12 weeks depending on diagnosis, can add up! Co-pay prices are increasing each year, so one bout of PT in clinic could cost you up to $1800 for 12 weeks!

2. You often will not receive 1:1 care from your PT, but will be with techs most of your visit time.

3. Your insurance company limits the amount of services your provider can perform, based on their billing contracts. For example, most insurance companies will not pay for dry needling and is an out of pocket expense at most clinics.

4. If you have multiple body parts that require treatment, your insurance company only allows treatment on one body part at a time

5. When it may seem as a more of an upfront cost, patients who choose a cash pay provider receive higher quality care, rehab quicker, and most save money over the course of their treatment.
